“Your training stuck with me - I came away with so many tools and strategies that have helped me in my teaching and beyond! My favorite takeaway was learning a new way to give appreciation to students and colleagues - I use it often and always enjoy seeing people's faces light up as they breathe my love into their hearts."

When I talk to coworkers about what I learned from your training, I call you my friend. I have changed everything about my approaches this year and have felt happier and less overwhelmed, and I have seen a difference in the way my classroom functions. I have a diverse group of students with hard home situations. It could've been a disaster if I hadn't learned new ways of doing things. Because of you/your training: I have a cool down corner with sensory items, books, reflection pages, and pinwheels to practice breathing. I do a morning meeting with my students every morning, we greet each other and do some sort of activity every day.

I haven't written a single office referral or lunch detention ALL YEAR! I haven't had any students with an N or U in conduct this year. I very rarely use my overhead lights, but instead use string lights, lamps, and natural light. I have a VIP wall where students brought pictures of special people/animals to make this classroom feel more like their space. My students speak kindly to each other and show empathy because that is how I speak to them. I have learned to pick my battles and ask myself if it really matters or is worth the fight. I have really worked on private conversations with students instead of addressing the whole class."

"Restorative practices have changed the culture in my classes-no more fighting, no more cursing, just honesty, and ownership! Your RJ training was a breath of fresh air. My students don’t recognize the new bloke standing in front of them running circles.”
